QUICK NOTE BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME:• Read and respect my DNI.
• Make sure to communicate the following in your commission request, or discuss with me beforehand:
- You have a set deadline (priority fee may apply if you have a very short deadline).
- You want the image to be of a specific size (give me the exact pixel ratio).
- You want to use your commission for Commerical use (commercial fee will be added depending on what you wish to use my art for).

GENERAL:• It is the client's responsibility to read this before commissioning me. A link to my TOS is always available in my commission information!• Breaking or disrespecting any of these rules (depending on which and to what severity) will end up with me refusing any further business with you.• It is the client's responsibility that the references provided are up-to-date and that any changes to the design are communicated beforehand. Requesting large or complicated changes past the sketching phase will cost extra.• I will not accept other people's characters or AI generated characters as reference for your commissions. Only provide your own art, or art you've previously commissioned, as reference for your characters.• You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.• I have all rights to decline a commission for whatever reason.• I'm more than happy to draw art meant as a gift for someone else, but make sure the person in question is comfortable with such things! If the owner of a character you have commissioned me to draw art of asks me to remove the artwork I will respect their rightful wishes.

ADDITIONAL FEES:Additional fees may apply to the following:• Multiple characters. Each extra character will cost 70% of the base price. This also goes for larger creatures such as monsters, mounts, & companions. Smaller companions will cost less, or even be free, depending on complexity.• Large or complex props.• Highly complex character designs.• Background. Some things can be added for free, like a solid background, a solid shape, simple pattern, colour gradient. The more details you wish to add, the more costly the background will become.• If you have a very short deadline, a rush fee will be applied. The price will depend on just how short your deadline is.• You want to use your commission for Commerical use. The price will vary depending on what exactly you want to use it for (stream advertisement*, merch, video thumbnail*, etc)* If you make money from your streams and videos.

RIGHTS:• I retain the copyright to my artwork. However, I have no issue with you as my customer using, editing, or repost your commissioned piece freely, as long as you provide proper credit to me and follow the rest of my TOS!• I have the right to repost my own work to the platforms I'm on. If you wish to keep your commission private you will have to state so when commissioning me!• You may not use my art for Commercial use without first discussing copyright and royalties with me. If you wish to commission art to be used for a profit (stream advertisement, merch, etc), it should be made clear right away to me when you commission me.• You may however use your commission for personal use, such as print posters, shirts, mugs, what have you, as long as they are not sold for profit in any way.• You may not use my art as advertisement for your own commissions.• Nothing made by me (starrytiger along with other aliases), past, present or future works (personal or commissioned), may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. I will never authorize my art being used for anything alike. Legal action will be taken. This includes both custom character designs and regular artwork.• Nothing made by me (starrytiger along with other aliases), past, present or future works (personal or commissioned), may be used in any artificial intelligence (AI) program for learning, generating, editing, etc. Legal action will be taken.

REGARDING RE-POSTING YOUR COMMISSIONED ART FROM ME:• You have the full right to re-post the commissioned piece to other websites as long as you give credit! You can find links to all websites I'm on over at my Hub!• If I'm not on a website you want to repost your commissioned art to, please credit me to my Bluesky, Carrd hub, or Toyhouse!

REGARDING RE-SELLING CUSTOM DESIGNS MADE BY ME:• Regardless if it's a custom design or pre-made adoptable you are free to re-sell, gift, or trade your designs made by me; all I ask is that you don't re-sell it for a higher price than what you purchased it for, unless it comes with additional art or items (commissioned or made by yourself).

WAITING TIME & COMMUNICATION:• I prefer communication via DM or via Email. If you already have access to me on Discord you may contact me there too.• I work by first paid, first served!• My queue can be found here• Smaller commissions usually only takes a few days, while larger project takes longer depending on complexity.• I take communication and feedback very seriously. If you don't hear from me within 2 weeks since payment, that's on me, and please feel free to message me for an update.• You will receive WIPs for the basic sketch regarding the pose (if I find it necessary), for the finished sketch, finished line art, flat colours, and shading/rendering. Changes can be requested at all stages, but as stated in the Additional fees-segment, once it's past the sketching phase changes may cost extra. Keep in mind it is your responsibility that the references provided to me are up-to-date and that any changes to the design are communicated beforehand!• I generally don't work on commissions during weekends. I might work on them if I feel like it, but don't expect updates or progress during weekends.

PAYMENT & REFUND:• I take payment via Paypal, Ko-fi, & VGen!• I take payment in USD ($) and Swedish Kronor (SEK)!• I will not start the commission until the complete payment has been transferred (except if a partial payment has been agreed on).• I'll allow partial payment for commissions for $80 and over, however, you will not receive the full-sized image of your commission until I've received the full payment.• Full refunds can only be done if the piece has not been started yet. The percentage of your refund shrinks the closer I am to finishing your commission.• Tips will not be refunded!• If I personally cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a refund depending on how much has been done on your commission, and you will receive a flat file of whatever has been finished.

I CAN DRAW:• Original characters, fan characters, canon characters.
• OCxOC ships.
• OCxCanon ships.
• Larger group images.
• Furries, animals, humans, original species, aliens, monsters, any creature and species really!
• Robots & mecha.
• Historical and modern armour.
• Complex designs.
• Vehicles and buildings (fair warning, I am very inexperienced drawing them).
• Gore & Horror themes
• A large variety of art styles (in case you want your commission to resemble a show/game/comic). This does not mean I can or will mimic all and every style, so please ask me about it first if you have anything specific in mind!I WILL NOT DRAW:• Ship art involving a minor character and an adult character.
• Ship art involving family (including adopted ones).
• Any form of gore involving a character under 18.
• Most CanonxCanon ships (ask first).
• Anything else that fall under my DNI.
• Anything based on certain media. Feel free to ask beforehand, I will of course let you know if you request anything involving them, and give you the opportunity to change your commission to something else.
